“Beautiful location”
“The customer service from the staff is amazing. So lovely and made us feel welcomed and looked after from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay.
Very clean, daily servicing was great.
All restaurants are fantastic and all-inclusive enabled many options to try all options on site. Our favourite being Olive, amazing food and again excellent customer service. Ta-Krai was also lovely experience. Access to the pool from the room was great, and the size of the hotel pool and grounds, gym/activities, sustainable garden, all offers plenty of space and options to explore on the grounds of the hotel property.
Lovely sunsets on the beach at the beach bar. Close proximity to external offerings from local vendors, the Elephant home (a bike ride), temple, and Memories beach bar. But again, it’s the staff that make this extra special for their exceptional customer service.”

“The perfect place for families with ‘water babies’. The kids spent hours in the different pools. Even though it was raining quite a bit during our stay in June, the water and air were very warm.
Breakfast and dinner buffet offered choices for all tastes, picky kids and foody adults.
Staff were everywhere extremely friendly and professional.”

“A lovely, comfortable stay that is close to the Tsunami Memorial Museum and market.
Staff were very kind in helping me book my transportation back to Bangkok and even went out of their way to drop me at the bus stop, very kind!
