    “Santiago reached out to us days before arriving. He gave us all the necessary information about how to reach him or his brother. Everything we needed to know how to enter the apartment. He also added additional information what to do in Califate and recommendations. A lot of little thinks are very well thought through. To connect to the internet, he provided a QR code so that the connection can be established with an easy click. These QR codes are even outside for travelers who arrive without access to the internet. We have met Santiago the next day and he gave us lots of recommendations what to do and ideas where to go. He was always reachable through WhatsApp and helped us a lot.”
