“The Black Sea Central Hotel is a historic property that is in a centrally located part of Odessa. Despite the ongoing conflict, the hotel continues to provide quality customer service to all of its guests and runs with most, if not all of its amenities in place. I particularly liked that my room was clean, that the property provided a shelter for its guests, and that a delicious breakfast was available in the morning. Also, rooms in the higher floors of the hotel, such as the room I stayed in, are able to enjoy beautiful views of the city.”
“I was amazed by the elegance and resilience with which this hotel continues to run during these difficult times in Ukraine. The hotel can appropriately be described as luxurious and the customer service provided was top notch! As a guest, I really liked that the staff gave me a tour of the property during check in and made a point of showing me where the hotel's shelter was located and where the emergency exits were, in the case of an emergency. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and the menu during lunch and dinner hours was also quite impressive. The property itself was clean and comfortable and I also liked how promptly the staff fulfilled a request for laundry during my stay. The hotel was also in a centrally located part of Odessa and several historic sites and significant attractions were all nearby.”
