“Nice, clean, good restaurant”
“the welcome was not very warm nor friendly - we were handed the key and that's about it. no question asked how our travel was. We went for dinner in the restaurant however the services was overwhelmed it seemed liked at this time (7pm). The food was ok. The soup (Leberknödelsuppe - was almost uneatable -> but we were not asked how we enjoyed it hence we couldn't express our "feelings" after dinner). The salad was good and the "alplerküchle" were tasty. Breakfast was nice and the senior chef himself went around tables to deliver eggs over easy - very nice touch which makes it special. also the breakfast staff very friendly and positive. Check out was ok - but no question again how we enjoyed our stay.”

“This is a gem of a place, with views over the lake to die for. The room and hotel is of an era, but everything is well maintained and it was clean. It was a real shame that I stayed during really awful weather - so the view I had from my balcony was non existent in the evening I arrived. Even in bad weather though, it’s still an incredible spot.”
