“The hotel was very grand and really nicely designed. Just outside of Chiang Rai town centre, was easy to get a tuk tuk/taxi to-from the hotel. I would suggest keeping hold of your drivers number as would be cheaper to get them than using the hotel service e.g. to the airport. They can also take you to the likes of nearby attractions e.g., town / white/blue temples.
The staff were friendly and helpful from the doorman, to the restaurant staff to front desk etc.
The rooms were clean and pleasant, with all the usual modern amenities you would expect. The garden view rooms are less exciting than the river view, so I would recommend the river view as this was beautiful.
The massages we had at the hotel were good.
The chefs made an effort to accommodate for our dietary requirements and this was appreciated. The restaurant staff took really good care of us.
We didn't use the pool facilities, and only briefly popped up to the bar at the top. The lobby itself was lovely and they had live music in the evenings.
All in all, a lovely experience, I would recommend staying here and would come back here if visiting Chiang Rai again.”
“Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautiful surroundings. In the middle of nature. Very well kept gardens. Pool with great views. We got a free upgrade. Definitely recommend the place.”
“We loved it very much !! The decoration of the rooms and the hotel in general is so cute !! Also very clean, and the best is probably Nuna, Son, and the team ! So so nice, and efficient to help book some activities, taxi, or whatever is needed ! The location is also great, right outside the old town so in a quieter spot, yet still in the middle of everything !
Thank you so so much for everything !!”
“This small boutique hotel was lovely. Just outside of Chiang Mai city walls and not far from the airport so easy to get to places and doens't take too long. The hotel provided airport transfers which was super easy and helpful.
The staff were really friendly - special shout out to Beam and the manager Aoi, who dealt with any problems we had quickly/made up for the small issues that arised during our stay. Despite a few mishaps, these were dealt with promptly, and in a friendly manner. If you have any problems, speak to the staff and they will do their best to rectify the issue.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful - from cleaning, security, drivers to reception etc. They were proactive and when one of the guests had to go to hospital they didn't hesitate to get the shuttle van ready and drop us, demonstrating their hospitality and compassion.
The chefs made an effort to accommodate for our dietary requirements and this was appreciated.
The hotel is fairly small and the main facility is the pool, which was nice. The complimentary fruit/tea/biscuits in the afternoon was a lovely touch.
The rooms were clean and of good size, with all the usual modern amenities you would expect.
All in all, a lovely experience, I would recommend staying here and would come back here if visiting Chiang Mai again.”
“A peaceful stay in a typical Thai residence . Small but cozy room, clean. Great restaurant, garden and swimming pool. The coffee shop and friendly waitress right in front of the hotel made my stay just perfect.”
