“It was a very enjoyable stay. Alain welcomed us and showed us around.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was delightful. We spent one evening sitting in the garden, listening to the sounds of the countryside, with cider and wine to accompany us. The breakfast, on both mornings, was tasty. Homemade jams, fresh bread, crepes, homemade yoghurt, cheese, fresh kiwi fruit from the garden, and hot coffee all made for an excellent start to the day.
Just down the road, towards the A84, is a truck stop where we had a super evening meal. Help yourself starter (salad, cold meats, etc) followed by a tender steak and fries and pork steak with fries accompanied by help yourself wine, water, or cider all for €9.95 each. Everything was clean and well presented and the staff were friendly and efficient.”
