“Met expectations entirely. A fantastic pert of Lille to stay in. Loads of great restaurants, estaminets and bars within seconds of the front door. It's an area frequented my a younger, student crowd (so it feels) but I didn't feel out of place at all. Our host contact Hugo was a fantastic communicator, and made everything super-easy with very clear instructions in advance and also when we arrived. I took his recommendation of one of the restaurants and it was an incredible meal. Getting to the room from the train station was an easy, very flat 15min walk. We only used one bedroom but there are two, both almost identical with double beds. Close to the historic Citadel fort which is well worth a couple of hours to stroll the perimeter.”

“The location is good, in the city center. It wasn't difficult to get there from the railway station. I really appreciated a possibility to book a bed in a women room: it was perfectly clean, nice and safe. The receptionist was polite and ready to help.
However, living in a hostel in a shared room is not my cup of tea :)”
