“Tunich jungle cabañas truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff were all great, with everyone going out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. In particular, Sanae was amazing—she went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging moment, showing kindness and warmth that made me feel so welcome and cared for.
The food here is exceptional and the location couldn’t be better, right across from a beautiful beach. There is also a security guard at night which made us feel very safe. The cabanas are amongst beautiful, lush plants that created a tropical paradise vibe. One unexpected highlight was a visit from a family of tulum raccoons, including an adorable baby!

Besides the residence is Palma central where you can eat and drink and also where there are nice shows (too bad we were not there on a Tuesday because then it's salsa night).

“Casa Colibri is a hidden gem! Melisa, the site manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, combining the tranquillity of the jungle with the beauty of the sandy beach. The daily housekeeping and room service/breakfast were a luxurious touch. The little detached houses were cosy and private. Plus, the free kayaks and paddleboards added to the fun. Just remember to bring water shoes for comfortable beach access. Highly recommend!”
