“Let me just break each and every little detail about the property. Coz we had our own doubts about choosing this property. It’s actually run by a couple- they’re extremely sweet and helpful. They don’t know English. So using a google translator would be helpful. They’re one of the kindest people I’ve ever met.
It’s an amazing sea view prop. When I say sea view. I swear. I’m Indian, so I didn’t prefer the Sri Lankan food. But the complimentary English breakfast was good. They have about 4-5 choices.
In terms of travel- we just walked down the street and found a family that ran a travels- we booked a bike for 2 days. 600 inr/ day. If you just walk down the rocks you could go turtle snorkelling. You just have all kinds of water activities.
Parties: just go when there’s season! Apparently we went off season! We went to one rave. Free entry
. After party was 400 inr/person.
The places are too reasonable. Just buy everything in Mirissa.
But cigarettes are a scam. Get it in the city or duty free.
Just go for it. This is one of the best properties in Mirissa. Also we hung out the entire night in the garden area to enjoy the waves and rain. It was spectacular. Also they don’t have issues with playing loud music.

“The room was really big with a balcony overlooking the ocean, it was super clean and had a fridge, A/C Hot water etc and the staff were lovely. The value for money is excellent and it's located centrally and directly opposite the entrance to the beach. Tours including whalewatching/fishing etc are available to book from reception.”
