“We had an exceptional experience at the Grand Garden. From the moment we have arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and stylish decor of the place. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a home away from home.
We have a big dog travelling with us most of the time, but it was the only place where the host treated the dog like it’s a child. Gerakina welcomed us with the dog without any additional conditions, she did not even reqested additional payment for the dog.
The dog was allowed everywhere at the property and at the backyard. We were never asked to put the dog on a leash.
The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet place far from touristic areas yet close to all the local restaurant, beaches, supermarkets and other small town and villages. A very big and beautiful beach is on walking distance (7mins), fromthe house, also a bakery is very close to it.
The bedroom was perfect with a big balcony and everything needed to store your luggage and have good sleep. The living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything needed.
The amenities were top-notch. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, and even a washer and It’s clear that Gerakina went above and beyond to provide guests with a luxurious and hassle-free stay.
The plase have a huge backyard areas with garden furnitures everywhere to sit and relax. The is also big barbeque area with big tables, chairs and a big tent over them.
Gerakina was a fantastic host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions or recommendations.
She take care of her guests at the exeptional level. We were chatting every day when we see each other.
She takes perfect care of the house and the yard.

“Just a 3 minute walk from the beach and an 8 minute walk from Leptokaria train station Elvina apartments was a perfect place for a short stay. The owners were a lovely couple that explained everything to us in detail and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast items were also included! Great value for money and I would definitely come back again.”

Vasiliki garage around the corner, grocery and supermarket across the street, kids playground and two very nice restaurants in the next street and nice caffees also very close and a church just 30meters below. Balcony. First floor not a priblem without a lift. Modern and new kitchen. Washing machine and also modern and comfortable bathroom. Table amd TV legs like from house magazines. A lot of space in wardrobe. Umbrela, iron... all the small things you might need and actually need on a trip.”

“The villa was so beautifully clean and maintained exceptionally. The outside area was pretty with trees and shrubs and flowers which allowed privacy. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Inside was immaculate with quality Miéle appliances. Great communal areas and hotel standard bedrooms. The beds were so comfy and sleeping was easy. Waking, to the sound of the birds, opening the curtains to the most amazing un-overlooked view. The villa was kept very clean during our stay by discreet housekeeping and gardens maintenance. The hot tub on the terrace was a true bonus❤️”
