“It was dirty room and bed when we arrived (there were many hair on the bed and restroom ) they cleaned after we complained, but still not perfect clean”

“This hotel punches well above its weight class. Staff here are extremely attentive and flexible. Not like at most filipino hotels where staff are like trained robots. Staff at Microtel know their property, processes and aim to please the customer. I have been booking here repeatedly over the years whenever able.”
“We had a the most wonderful time at Al Faro. The boat trip across to the hotel was magical and our room had the most incredible view. The staff were lovely and helpful and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. We took out a kayak twice and enjoyed exploring. It was lovely to have the pool too.”

“The staff were very helpful and available 24 hours. Even after we had checked out, they still allowed us to use their bathroom facilities when we returned from Island hopping. They also kept our luggage safely in their storage. The place is close to attractions & transport.”
“Everything was wonderful. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the guest relations team really made our stay special. Shout out to Deric and Czar for their hospitality, and to Gil and Melvin in housekeeping for always ensuring we had plenty of refreshments in our room and giving us organisers for my wife's many many bathroom products! The pool was great, sun loungers were always available and the cocktails at the poolside bar were delicious. We also loved how close this was to two malls - both connected via tunnels. All the staff were friendly and greeted us every time we went in and out.”
