“It was the worst. There was a loud party all night. It was impossible to sleep. When we faked for a cab on check out they wanted to charge us twice the price of a normal taxi. They were rude, unhelpful. There are better places to stay. They rent the pool out to personal kid parties and it’s truly annoying.”

“We booked the Presidential suite but were changed to the Ministerial suite which had recently been upgraded. The room was excellent, particularly considering it was in the middle of the Amazon.
The lodge facilities were also very good.
Our guide, Willy, was the highlight of our stay. He was very knowledgeable and informative and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable.”
