“Excellent medium-size hotel, halfway between the capital town of Lefkada island and the tourist hot-spot of Nydri. Very clean room with large bed, A/C and mosquito nets at the balcony door. Small but functional bathroom with all necessary toiletries provided and a shower cabin with a glorious, relaxing flow of water. Room cleaned and new towels provided every day. Our room shared a large half-shaded top-floor terrace overlooking the sea, great for watching the sun rise in the morning behind the mainland mountains across the sea and for relaxing sit downs in early evening. Very good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold stuff, including a good selection of local products. The hotel has its own parking area, with a numbered shaded space corresponding to each room. Friendly and efficient staff. All in all, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and we would gladly choose it again for our next visit to Lefkada.”
“This is the 2nd time this year we stayed at the Avra, we could not fault it .It was very clean and towels provided daily and clean bed linen every 2. We had a great room with a sea view which we requested when booking and we were not disappointed. It was a 5 minute stroll into the lively bustling town of Nidri.
The breakfast were excellent and provided for every taste . The staff were very friendly and approachable at all times, the beach bar and restaurant were also good value and excellent service....we will return again to this hotel next year .”

It was a big beautiful room, and cleaning was spotless.
We enjoyed very much the air conditioning system, as it was not the classic AC, but rather the one in the ceiling. So the room was getting colder faster and without so much noise of air blowing in just one direction.
Since this is central you cannot park here, but there is a parking place just around the corner.”
