“The location is superb, its close to all the tourist spots around rome, walking distance to trevi and colosseum and roma termini. Easy self check in and check out. Clean room. The staff are superb, hats off to Ricardo, he was so quick to respond to our queries and requests.”

Clear instructions on how to get into the building where the B&B was, including door codes etc was very clear- The bedroom, bathroom and the venue were very, very clean, an absolute major positive point. The treats left in the bedroom were a nice touch. Water in fridge in the kitchen and also a coffee making machine. Excellent location”

“Our stay was perfect. The location is ideal, it is so central and every place of interest is walkable. Flawlessly clean and modern accomodation, room and bathroom cleaned and looking spotless every day. only 4 rooms on each floor so felt very private. bed 10/10 for comfort, high quality bedding and pillows. lovely thick towels and free slippers in the bathroom along with body wash and conditioner. Complimentary water and coca cola in the mini fridge on arrival. The snack and coffee room was such a lovely bonus and was replenished daily. We booked a room with a balcony which we loved, it is central with police sirens etc passing by but we had no noise disturbance at all. The hosts are so helpful, sent us WhatsApp recommendations for restaurants and whenever we messaged for colossseum info etc instant response with tips! were able to leave bags in a cupboard at check out then return
for them later and freshen up in a bathroom. couldn't ask for anything more, would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return. Thankyou!”
