“The staff was very very kind and attentive, we quickly built a good relation genuinely. The room was spacious, had a balcony as well. The location is OK, it's not too far from the train station, and it is very close to the center and to the lake as well. From the balcony I could actually see the lake and Monte Isola as well, even if it was on the 1st floor. The breakfast was nice, and the catering ladies are really lovely and welcoming. The room has a nice desk and enough space to have the bags available, and I liked the lamps as well, it was cozy. The bed and the pillow was comfy as well.”

Whether from our balcony, the restaurant, the terraces, the heated infinity pool, the hot tubs, the view was exceptional and spell-binding.
