A gem of a retreat
Our experience started with an incredibly warm welcome from Monica and Eleanor
who led us to our beautifully decorated tasteful suite housing a super king size bed with soft Egyptian cotton sheets, volumptuous pillows, l found myself searching for all the manufacturers labels wanting to create that effect at home.
The bathroom was to die for with a whirl pool bath in one corner, individual his and her sinks on the vanity table with bath and shower toiletries, soft thick towels , dressing gowns hair dryer and flip flop slippers on the shelf below. A magnificent walk in shower.
Each of the bedrooms has a private balcony overlooking the gardens which are shady and peaceful leading down to the beautiful pool area.
They don’t provide lunch or dinner but give you a wonderful breakfast of baby croissant, pastries and breads with jam.
Plates of cheese and ham, mozzarella with tomato, yogurt with honey and fresh fruits , delicious coffee and juice.
Monica told me that she wanted to create a place that was peaceful and tranquil, we certainly felt that and our only regret was that we only discovered it on our last day before going home.
I am so looking forward to paying them another visit.”
