“We loved the location and also the very friendly and cheerful staff!! They were very welcoming and happy! The free hot drinks & snacks provided between 1pm- 9pm were wonderful- particularly loved the hot chocolate! Our room was set out well, was quiet and all amenities very clean! We slept well in the comfortable bed! Highly recommended!! (restaurant almost next door was also super for dinner!!) (Annecy is beautiful!)”
“The hotel was a great location to view Lake Annecy and to walk into the Old town for the market and a wide choice of restaurants and cafés.
The hotel is modern and clean and although our room didn't have the best view, it was spacious and very comfortable.
All of the staff, including the cleaners, were welcoming and friendly.
We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant the first night for my partner's birthday which was delicious.
There was a bustling market on Friday and in the evening we enjoyed the atmosphere of the old town with crowds of people of all ages enjoying meals, drinks, music, dancing, and France playing in the Euros on the big TV screens. A really great atmosphere and end to our 2 night stay in Annecy.”
