“The hotel has good facilities e.g. the rooftop bar is nice for sunset and the pool is nice to chill by. The room was nice and it was clean and tidy (but small). The location is good on the main street running parallel to the beach with shops and restaurants on either side of the street. Definitely recommend a scooter to get around Ahmed as everything is stretched out, parking at the accommodation is easy.”
“We would stay again! Gede (the owner) of the Babakan was so helpful. He helped us organise our driver from Ubud to Sideman and a scooter was swiftly organised for us on our arrival. Any question we had was quickly answered and request delivered. The room was spacious and so clean and tidy. The view from the room was beautiful. It is quiet and tranquil.
The location is good several areas of interest are a reasonably close drive via scooter (and I'm sure Gede would be helpful in organising another mode of transport if needed) There are warungs within walking distance for food.”
“A unique property centrally located between snorkeling spots Jemaluk Bay to the right, 10 minute walk, Amed Pyramids/ turtle point to the left, walk 5 minutes, then drift back on the current. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We had the Amed ocean front room which was lovely. Photos are exactly as it presents. Staff were incredible. Breakfast was delicious. One of my favourite stays in Bali. We will definitely return.”

The bed was comfortable and the villa was immaculately clean (daily cleaning left the room smelling and looking lovely).
It’s great having the cafe and restaurant on site, and we would probably book activities through the villa next time (we had pre booked elsewhere not realising it was an option).
