“Amazing location considering that it is linked to the Gandaria City mall with a wide myriad of stores and restaurant choices. The room was spacious, extremely well equipped and thoroughly cleaned as well. Extensive amenities were also provided in the room, along with free high-speed Wifi.
I had the fortunes to visit the Sheraton Club on the top level and witnessed the amazing views while enjoying the comprehensive breakfast buffet spread. All the staff were exceptionally jovial and friendly throughout my stay, and were more than happy to render their help to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
Shoutout to the Guest Relations Team, Fadol, Salma, Dhella and Aurel alongside the Assistant Front Office Manager, Devi, for the extremely warm welcome as well and making my short 1 night stay a highly memorable one.
Overall, I would highly recommend Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City if you are looking for an excellent experience.”

“This is one of the greenest hotels I’ve ever seen in Jakarta. It feels like an oasis amidst the city’s hustle and bustle. I love how extensive the facilities are, with everything from an indoor pool and sauna to a tennis court and squash court. The staffs were incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay, including fulfilling my friends’ request to surprise me on my birthday (huge thanks to Pak Yudha, Syahlan, Haris, and Galih!). The spacious room was very comfy. Would definitely return!”
