“The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a good selection. We were offered a cooked breakfast if we wanted it which was a nice touch. The location was more central and therefore busier than I had expected but, having said that, there was a great atmosphere and if you wanted quiet, the highly effective balcony doors kept traffic noise out. The balcony itself was a generous size as was the room itself and the bathroom. The aircon was superb - easy to control and super effective. Also, the hotel, being central, meant easy access to all the harbour front restaurants and shops. I actually wished we'd spent another night or two there.”
