The highlight was definitely enjoying breakfast served right on the edge of Lake Victoria, offering breathtaking views of the water. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had a direct view of the lake, which is just across the road – such a serene and peaceful setting.
The staff were outstanding – incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to the manager, Phionah, who graciously offered us a late check-out at no extra charge. This level of customer service truly made a difference.
The food was delicious and great value for money, and the resort's location is perfect. It's just a short stroll to Victoria Shopping Mall, adding to the convenience.
