“Our host, Dario and his family were friendly and helpful made us feel very welcome.
Their lovely modern spacious apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. Ironing board and iron and hairdryer. Toiletries are provided along with and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths for the kitchen. In the lounge there is a flat screen tv. Everything is pretty much new - there was even a coffee maker and organic coffee pods provided.
The apartment was on the second floor, there is a lift and stairs. There is ample parking next to the block
The apartment is with walking distance of a baker, patisserie, and local shops and decent restaurants charging local prices
The property is well placed for exploring Emilia Romagna. We visited nearby Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna. We also ventured a little further afield to see Modena, Parma, the Ferrari museum and Pavarotti’s home
I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.”
“The Residence Mare is close to the beaches , near to Metromare , what make it easy to get to Rimini and Riccione . Lots of restaurants and small shops , close to the shopping mall Le befane.”
