“The town of Rye was smaller than I expected, but this accommodation was conveniently located about 3 minutes from the station and St. Mary's Church. It can be inconvenient to walk with a suitcase on a cobbled road, but this street doesn't have that problem. The owner, Jeremy, was very friendly and helpful without being overly familiar. The room and the whole place were clean and comfortable.”

“Big thumbs up for Pheobe, lovely and friendly made me feel extremely welcome. Had a room upgrade to sea view and lower floor. Room was spotless and very quiet despite being above a bar. Ideally situated for the de la warr pavilion literally 2 mins across the road. Very good value for money. Room was good but not exceptional. Bed was comfy room a little too warm but fan provided. Good breakfast in the morning.”
