“Nina was very welcoming and chatty as she showed us the apartment.
The apartment was spacious with a small outside terrace overlooking the bay of Cavtat where I was able to see the sun setting.
The en-suite was extremely clean with useful soap and shower cream provided and the room had everything we needed. I enjoyed looking through the books on the bookcase in the hallway.”

“Fantastic place to stay with such a kind host who met us and helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations of places to see, checked we had everything we needed, gave us a leaving gift - we felt so well looked after.
Room is spacious, clean and very well equipped including a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The food and drinks provided were much appreciated. Also great to have beach towels as the beach is nearby.
Fabulous location near to everything - Pile Gate, cable car, restaurants, the beach.
We hope to visit Dubrovnik again one day and would love to stay at Perla again.”

“Staff, Tea and her Husband were absolutely fantastic and ensured we had the best stay possible. The cleanliness of the apartment, environs of the complex, location and most importantly the friendliness of Tea, family and staff was next to nothing. We couldn't thank Tea enough for all the help and information regarding places to go and eat. I also forgot to mention there is a Tommy Supermarket right next door along wit a fresh bakery. Great place to get a few bits and enjoy a little breakfast/lunch in the communal garden area of the complex. Great place to chill and relax. Dvala Tea!”
