“The setting is perfect. A minute’s walk to the harbour, two minutes to the beach. All Weymouth’s best restaurants within a few minutes walk. The cottage is in a row of characterful historic fisherman’s cottages. This one has been sympathetically and tastefully modernised and is a charming place to spend a few days.
The property is adjacent to a small car park - free to park overnight, maximum 3 hours no return within 2 hours during the day. This worked well for trips out during the middle of the day, meaning we could have the car near to us when we were in the cottage - a rarity in Weymouth.
We were delighted to have chosen Bosun’s Cottage and would definitely book it again.”
“The property had fantastic faccilities with a fully stocked kitchen.
The welcome pack of milk, butter, honey , jam, coffee, tea and biscuits was lovely and well received when we first arrived as we arrived with no supplies
There is a farm shop close by but the welcome pack tied us over until then
The house was lovely for a group for 4 ladies travelling together with accessibility needs.
The walk in shower was a godsend
The property was close to corfe castle and was well located for studland, swanage, weymouth and lulworth”
