“Breakfast, including choice available, was excellent but the 'Full English' could have been hotter. On the first day I was surprised at how quickly it arrived, but on a subsequent day was surprised at how long we had to wait. The room overlooking the river was very nice, but we didn't see any means of controlling the temperature (other than opening the doors onto the balcony) - perhaps we didn't look hard enough. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Although we travelled by car, we made use of the bus service as driving can be stressful on the winding narrow roads and the bus station is just a short walk from the hotel.”
“The breakfast was reasonable. We stayed for two days, the first break fast was 'ok' the second day was much better, perhaps it was a diffferent chef. Staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of tea/coffee supplied.
Bathroom/shower was great although the basin tap water pressure was too high and shot water over the floor a few times.”

“The pod was immaculately clean, very warm, and fitted out to a very high standard, with everything you could need for a self- catering stay and they had left a lovely welcome pack. The site showers and toilets were fantastic, especially for our disabilities, and again, spotless. The 24/7 shop was brilliant. The location was great for visiting the local area, and the bus stop was right opposite the site if you needed it. We will definitely visit again.”
