“What a fantastic place, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely shower room right next door and beautifully set out. The room is well equipped with a fridge...great for keeping sandwiches for walks and your chocolate cool !! Tea, fresh milk and ground coffee provided. The view was to die for. It was so quiet, we loved hearing the owls. We walked nearly everywhere and only drove a few miles to some of our walks. Hope is a lovely place, and Castleton is also only a couple of mile's away. With lots of bars and restaurants, we walked along the river to the Cheshire Cheese pub a couple of times for food and a few drinks. We would stay there again as there are lots of walks still to do. A real hidden gem !!”

Stayed one night after visiting Chatsworth House.
We had a small room overlooking the road which was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely would recommend.”
