“Wow! The employees! Cintia, Rosela and another worker which I can't recall his name were absolutely amazing. They have managed to find a lost item that disappear at the external laundry service, they offered me hot water to tea when I came back from the mountains with a headache, they always greetings with a smile.
The dormitories are being cleaned every day, hot water all the time, good WiFi, buffet breakfast with fruits and yogurt and eggs and several bread options. The manager is also greeting everyone.
The guests are on the mature side, so it's not a young hostel, which is perfect for me.
Beds are comfy and sheets are clean.
