“The check in experience was good and as I'm there for a dive trip, my friend and I have 3 large suitcase each. We were given the room on the top with no elevator, so the poor staff who were managing our suitcase have to hull the large heavy suitcase up 3 flight of stairs just to get to our room. We tipped him well separately, but we wouldn't have to get through that pain if there is an elevator in the hotel.
