“The location of the hotel is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport , easy accessible (approx.15 drive from airport), the nearest metro station is 5 min walking distance . The staff at the reception (Nikesh Saxena ) was very helpful and accommodative with the request of delayed check-in due to my flight arriving late in New Delhi. Not only did he greeted very well, entire check in was made very hassle free, smooth and pleasant. The cleanliness in the room was excellent , washroom/Toilette was well maintained and very hygienic. The cleaning Team Staff Dinesh made sure bed linen was changed everyday while making sure the privacy and comfort of guest is not compromised. The quality of Breakfast and had multiple cuisine options (North India/south Indian/continental/bakery and fresh fruits) with variety of juices and hot beverages.”
“Our room / bathroom was very spacious, bed was super comfortable and minibar was always fully stocked up with the essentials which was handy as we didn’t have to keep venturing out to buy drinks/ snacks, most of which were very reasonable priced!
The pool was lovely and always kept clean. Hibiscus Spa was 10/10 and catered to our every need. Massage and facial treatments left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
We always felt very safe staying there with 24/7 security outside the hotel. Big thanks to Rakesh for being friendly and always welcoming us with a smile.
Even though the hotel is a little out of the centre, Ubers are very cheap.
Last but not least the service was out of this world!! Probably the highlight of our stay there. All of the staff were always very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Huge thank you to Vishal (Bar man) especially for looking after us so well during our stay, a great asset to the hotel!!”
