“Not right in the centre, but not too far out of town, and it's easy to drive to and park at, so logistically convenient. The rooms were moderately sized, and generally it wasn't a huge place so was peaceful and pleasant.
Additionally the lady who helped us at reception helped us with our enquiry on getting some washing done. It wasn't easy as we arrived in the evening and left the next morning. She put a lot of effort into finding a solution, but I noted that although a solution was found she still persisted to phone more places as she was adamant to get us the best service not only from within the hotel, but also from outside for other services. And in the end the service that she was able to arrange was amazing, punctual and rapid, and well priced.
There is a lift also, which doesn't sound that exciting, but there are many buildings of this height that only have stairs, so it is nice to have a modestly sized hotel have easy access.
Additionally just everyone was very helpful moving luggage and babies around for us, even the security pitching in!”
