“We loved everything about the property. Our room had a wonderful position only 1 set of stairs from the main walkway where you can walk to Fira or Oia. The spa temperature was perfect. Lovely and cold enough to cool you down after a hot day of walking around. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. What a wonderful way to start the day overlooking to perfect view of the Caldera. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Margarita always had a smile and gave us great recommendations whilst the lady who served us breakfast and cleaned the room was simply lovely.”
“The facilities are brand new. The location is ideal. The room was very comfortable and with a very chic stone architecture. Probably one of the most distinguished hotels we have ever visited in terms of aesthetics.
The staff was also very kind and welcoming.”
“Irini is an exceptional host. Always ready and eager to please her guests, to the smallest details. She keeps the hotel in a spotless condition. Santa Barbara is conveniently situated close to the beach, all restaurants, bars and shops.
Breakfast is consistent, though a trifle repetitive. The Greek yogurt she serves every morning with some pieces of fruit is delicious.”
