“The location is absolutely fantastic - beautiful private sandy beach, two big swimming pools that we used (there was another one but we didn't use it). We had a suite with balcony which had the most fabulous views. Lovely big bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate lounge and sofas. The breakfast and dinner choices were good (lovely fresh fruit and breads, salads, meats and fish and a plethora of deserts of every kind). Big terrace to enjoy the views and the little restaurant that was open for lunch was absolutely wonderful with fabulous Greek dishes and charming staff. In fact the staff across the board were amazing and simply could not do enough for you. I would especially mention the waitress Maria in the main restaurant and the pool attendant Maria, who was so attentive and made the best bloody mary's ever! We were also made very welcome when we arrived and taken to the room and found the concierge staff very helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Even the cleaners were polite and friendly. Great team at this hotel.”

“We liked the location of the apartment, it was so close to the harbour and the old town but far enough away to be peaceful at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The apartment was a good size, well laid out, it had everything we needed and was very clean. Stavros was a brilliant host and a true gentleman, he came to our rescue when we had an issue on arrival and was very informative and helpful about the area.”
“House Manoleos was honestly beyond expectations. The spacious, clean, bright room with a sea view, an excellent breakfast taken by the pool. Nikos and his family are very nice and friendly. They simply make you feel at home. Nearby is one of the nicest beaches in the area, Kalatha, with wonderful water and usually not crowded. There were enough taverns nearby and for those who want food, 2-3 supermarkets relatively close. It's true, you need a car, but if you go to Crete it's a shame not to have the mobility to visit everything. I would return with great pleasure.”
“The property and grounds are without a doubt beautiful. The staff are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had our a private pool shared with our neighbours who were in our group, we had requested this when we booked and were so pleased we got the two rooms together. The rooms were stunning, champagne and rose wine FOC on arrival plus midnight snacks available as we checked in late. The beach bar is stunning it's on a cliff edge looking over the bay and there are steps (easy steps) down to the beach. Loved every second of our holiday.”
