“We loved our stay at this hotel as it was our first holiday as a family with our little one who was 3 months old. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We booked all inclusive just for easiness and the restaurant was good every night, although it was pretty busy as the evening went on but the food was always replenished fast and plenty of options too! Our room was spacious and originally there was no cot in our room but the staff quickly sorted this for us with the hour. The room wasn’t too busy either and could only hear chatting in the corridor occasionally. The pool area was big with plenty of space to put your pram and not too crammed. The drinks selection was great included with the all inclusive.”

We were pleasantly surprised with the family room we received—it was very spacious, featuring a huge balcony with a lovely partial sea view at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!”
“The hotel was in a great location and we got a good deal on a 4 night stay. The rooms were small but comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was really bad, a drizzle of water at best -this needs improving as it isn't an acceptable standard. The cleaners were all lovely and worked very hard, the rooms were cleaned well and all public areas were spotlessly clean, so well done to the cleaning team. The bar staff and restaurant staff were slow, inattentive and miserable which is a massive reason for the lower rating. Staff such as this should be far better trained to work with guests and their poor attitude was disappointing. The food in the restaurant was nice and typically what you expect from all inclusive. Waiting staff cannot be bothered to keep an eye on guests for serving drinks and you have to find them whenever you want service - this service goes NOT come with a smile!! Some reception staff were friendly and helpful and some were not.
On the whole you get what you pay for at this hotel but better training on staffs attitude towards being friendly and attentive to British guest would be great and is needed!”
