“The location is perfect, not in the busiest of areas but only a short walk to get to them. The cottage is small but very comfortable, we were a party of 3 and we were very happy there. St Ives is a wonderful little town. We parked up the top of the town and the cottage was an easy 10 min walk, there's a dedicated bus service to the car park as well.”

“Our room was exceptionally comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony, looking out at the countryside before dinner. Strolling in the grounds after our long drive was very pleasant. Dinner was tasty, with plenty of choice. We both enjoyed a swim in the pool before breakfast.”
“The continental breakfast was excellent and we loved sitting on the balcony in the sunshine to eat it. We were very grateful to be allocated a parking space at the hotel. We were weary when we arrived and it gave us both a lift to have the added convenience of parking on-site. The staff were all helpful and delightful. The old-fashioned lift was fun. Our room was very comfortable and the linens were lovely. The hotel was a perfect base for exploring the town and local area.”

“Property is set in beautiful grounds. It is a little out of town (slightly scary roads) but this does mean that the hotel is wonderfully peaceful. In the morning all you can hear -while sitting out on your lovely balcony - is the ducks and the birdsong. In the evening it’s the sheep - very relaxing
Our room was big and clean; bathroom was huge and the shower was great. We didn’t have dinner but the breakfast was very good.
The staff are all friendly and helpful. A very welcoming place to stay. There were lots of facilities we didn’t use - ie tennis courts, mini golf etc but ideal for families.
Perfect base to explore this area of Cornwall.”
