“Very friendly and accommodating staff, relaxed and quiet atmosphere and perfect location, right in the centre and only a 10min walk from the ADO bus station. I slept in the cutest and super comfy hut in the garden!! Would always stay here again!”

“Location is great, 5 minute walk to the main square. The room is lovely with a massive and comfortable bed. The bathroom is very nice and spacious with toiletries offered. Breakfast is nice, giving you all you need to set you up for the day. The staff were friendly and allows us to have a slightly early breakfast so we could catch our bus”

  • Cabañas Bambután Review score: 10

“We loved the sounds and smells of the jungle. It was unfortunately too hot for the howler monkeys to visit but we saw iguanas and lizards just over breakfast and while in the pool (perfect for when it’s hot ad humid!) The hosts are very kind and hospitable and invited us for drinks with them. The room was clean, comfortable and cool and perfect for me to rest up when we had to stay an extra night to recover from an existing stomach bug. Toilets and bathroom very functional and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with potable water available. It’s easy to hail a taxi or collectivo into the town from the road. We would 100% come again!”

  • Casa Janaab Palenque Review score: 10

“Wonderful hostal. Truly an Oasis behind closed doors. Very private and calm. Jacuzzi/pool was amazing, especially with the high temperatures since you are in jungle territory. Free breakfast at the hotel next door is included! That was a nice surprise. Met lots of people that had an awesome vibe to them. Only 5 minutes away from the colectivo station that takes you to Misol Ha and the Palenque Ruines.”

  • Los Susurros. Casa Review score: 10

    “All super”

  • Casa Carmen Review score: 10

“Everything is beautiful. The room with the fireplace and bathtub was great for us because the weather can be chilly and it makes a big difference. Loved the cooking course that they offer! Definitely a must :) we also did one of their tours to Chamula and Zicantan with a nice and very prepared guide.”
