“Quiet village location with secure parking The bed and linen was very comfortable WiFi and tv provided .The room was newly fitted out with a separate en-suite with a large walk in shower beautifully finished. There was a choice of local restaurants to choose from for an evening meal within a few miles drive and one within walking distance (that was closed on Wednesday unfortunately )pleasant walk around the etang.”

“We liked the location, Albert the cat, the friendliness of Isabelle and her husband. Our bedroom was lovely and comfortable with far reaching views over the town. A perfect overnight spot on the way from Dordogne to Calais.”
“This is a lovely old building with a large mature garden. We did not get to use the pool, but it was in a nice secluded area at the back of the property. Breakfast was great each morning, and our host was welcoming. He happily provided us with plates and cutlery to use for a salad one evening. It is worth noting that it is very rural, and there are not really any restaurants or amenities within walking distance. The nearest town is about a 15-minute drive away.”

“Nicholas and his wife made us feel very welcome, despite the last minute booking. The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with french toast and home made jams. This was a stop off for us on the way home but we would like to stay longer next time! Thank you Nicholas for making our journey so much more pleasant and relaxed.”
