Everyone was very helpful, nice, positive, just amazing. 😍🥰 Every morning we had many options of food for breakfast and everything was super fresh and very delicious.I booked for my family 2 standard double rooms but we had them upgraded which was super cool. Hotel is located in very good place, close to many restaurants and attractions. I really recommend it for everyone else. We was speaking English and Russian languages, everyone was understanding us and no issues with the language barrier. In my opinion everywhere in customer service we must've helpful people like this, from Ganz & Spa hotel 🏨👍👍👍”

Be prepared for local wines only, and local herbal tinctures are definitely worth trying. The room is clean, although getting a bit tired. Good bad linen. The bathroom is fresh, clean, and sufficiently equipped. The water runs at good standard pressure, with no waiting for hot water. WiFi is well-operating through the hotel and the restaurant for YouTube, mail and messengers.”
