He speaks Spanish but uses Google Translate in the texts and communication, so we managed. The pool was also nice. Environment also had everything we needed and wanted. “Many a Tenerife apartment I have booked when coming to Los Cristianos to visit my parents, and every time the apartment bears no resemblance to the myriad of photos. You cannot select a specific apartment, perhaps this is where AirBnb has an edge over Booking.com
I chose this as it's the closest to the beach, but also has a pool, but is definitely over mid range price wise. I stayed for 4 nights in September.
Positives on Paloma Beach......
Check in allowed after 11pm ok ( although it's not intuitive to find your apartment and the night team weren't up for physically showing me there)
Pool is great. Not too cold, lovely gradient to walk in, nice and clean and good size to do a few lengths.. I didn't spend time lounging around it, but seems beds are available.
Very quiet location, and the awful karaoke from the bars near the entrance couldn't be heard!
Parking is free, although spaces are limited in the car park and surrounding streets
Fresh towels after two nights
Brilliant supermarket two minutes walk down the road
Great wifi throughout public areas and in the apartment

Good smart tv....just need to login to your apps and logout when you leave.
Spotlessly clean
Great memory foam pillows and sheets and although firm, a comfy bed with no springs popping through
Bathroom renovated relatively recently with very hot water and good water pressure
Negatives on apartment T214.......
No AC, no fan provided and no airflow.
One window out to the public walkway from bedroom and a single slider in lounger. Very hot and I ended up leaving the door and bedroom window open day and night.
Slight whiff of sewage at various times of day. Hard to say if coming from processing towards the beach or apartment plumbing
Only one plug socket in whole kitchen. Kettle plug got jammed in and couldn't be removed without pulling the whole exposed wiring out, so had to put toaster on floor in lounge to use it.”
