“The parking was very good. Our hostess spoke very little English and we speak very little French so we communicated through her mobile phone app. She is very friendly and provided a very nice breakfast. The first morning was crepes, the second pancakes, with a variety of spreads plus other breads. There were 18 steps up to our room but they were on the outside of the building so were straight up rather than the bending ones encountered inside many places.”
“Helocar is an older property set in lovely grounds very near the centre of Morlaix. The beds were very comfortable, and although the property is in need of some updating it is charming. Our host was extremely attentive providing wine and beer on our arrival.”
“This was a large and beautifully furnished house, full of many interesting artefacts, with an easy walk into the town centre. Our room was large and comfortable, with gorgeous shower and bath, and thick soft towels. Marie was a charming and attentive hostess who allowed us free run of the reception rooms and garden, and provided a generous breakfast.”
“Owners and staff were all great. Really dog friendly - they're allowed everywhere. The collection of chickens and tortoises kept our dogs occupied. Pool was secure and great to have in the 'summer'. Guests have their own fridge and can use the cutlery and crockery to picnic if they wish.”
