  “We arrived too late for the normal check-in. I contacted the hotel via Booking the moment I saw we were running late, they answered quickly and arranged everything for us. It was just a short stopover for us. We left immediately after breakfast, which was a nice buffet and extra options to order from the kitchen. The view from our room was magical ❄️✨️”

  “Cleanliness, tidiness, kindness off the staff who really did the best to make sure everything was fine. I had a really unpleasant situation with a local bus driver (who wouldn’t accept my Guest card) and the receptionist made a complaint to let me have a refund. I didn’t expect it and really appreciated! Thank you very much!”

  “Tiny apartment hotel near LunerSee station (about 12 minutes drive, I think this is the closest accommodation). Really clean and practical, friendly staff. Clean, lots of storage space, convenient. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped with all utensils, microwave and fridge. There is a small fitness center and sauna on site (I only used the first one). Parking on site. Wifi is adequate for work phone calls (I was on a workation so I used Google Hangouts and Zoom a lot).”
