“The start of my visit began with a delayed flight which meant arriving at Dimitris Studio at 2am local time, but this wasn't a problem for the owner Frosso. She and her family were extremely accommodating during my entire duration of the stay and
were always at hand to offer assistance. On my last day I had a 10 hour wait until my return flight so I asked if they could look after my luggage while I explored Santorini for the last time. They said of course and had no hesitation in accepting my request.
The turndown service was a lovely touch. Every day the sheets and towels were changed, the room cleaned and some snacks and essentials were left out for me. When I arrived at 2am they had even placed a platter of sandwiches, cake and fruit in the room for my arrival (which was super appreciated!)
The location is also fantastic as it is in a prime spot just in between the main strip and the beach, so you're 30 seconds away from the action but just far enough that you won't be bothered by the noise. There's also a general store and a bus stop just around the corner.
The apartment itself is quite simple, offering you the necessities for a stay in Santorini, but for the price of what they are asking you get so much more.”
