“We were able to arrive after their stated 'last arrival' time of 11pm (we were on a late flight). Good clear instructions provided.
Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Close to several tram lines and buses - one tram to central train station (Hbf), several changes to airport, but easily negotiated.
Pleasant room, clean facilities and comfortable beds.”

“I checked in later than expected and at a difficult time (around 3am when I wrote I'd be arriving between 11pm to 1am). But the process of checking in as well as out was very straight forward.
Due to the price, I was not really expecting anyone to clean or tidy my room while I was out, so was pleasantly surprised when it was.
What I liked most of all is that hotel is in, (for my purposes) an excellent location that was easily accessible to public transport and the majority of attractions I wished to visit in Berlin. And when I compared it's price to all the others in the area (at the time), was a lot cheaper.”
