“The location is superb. While you are at a busy road, my room had windows towards an inner courtyard, so it wasn't too loud in terms of traffic. With an easy walk, you are in the heart and centre of Athens, and can easily reach major attractions, restaurants and convenience stores. The room is equipped with aircon, which was much needed in September. Upon arrival the hosts were very responsive, checking up on me through messages to make sure I arrived safely and found the keys ok. The lockbox location behind the gate is somewhat inconvenient but accessible. You then receive a remote to open the gate for the remainder of your stay, which is more practical. They provided two bottles of water upon arrival and you have a fridge in the room. The towels were changed after two days without asking. There is also a large mirror in the bedroom with a sort of vanity desk in front of it, which came in very handy to get ready in the mornings.”
