“Really very friendly and helpful reception staff. Even providing us with multiple blankets delivered to our room by the solitary overnight receptionist. The staff could not be more helpful. Even the maintenance staff and chambermaids were super helpful and accommodating. We cannot thank the staff there enough.
Reduced rates on the municipal parking was also a bit useful and having two cafes built into the hotel frontage was another convenience. Whilst we did not use the roof-top plunge pool, it did look very inviting. However, since Zaragoza is Spain's windy city; not sure how often the pool is graced with anyone's presence.
We asked for tea/coffee making facilities and the daytme receptionist kindly arranged for a kettle and two cups to be provided. In our opinion, this hotel provides exceptional service to its clients.”
“A beautiful old building in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. The hotel is on the main square; our room was at the back, with a view over the mountains. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style and very comfortable. Breakfast was in the basement, a stone vault and very good value for what was charged. The staff were friendly and helpful.”
