“It's very seldom you meet a kind, caring person that will go over and above for you, I had the pleasure of meeting 3 angles, who work in the Balmoral Hotel. Danellia the receptionist, Aisling and Margaret in the breakfast room. They looked after me so well, I can't thank or praise them enough for all they did..they made my stay extremely positive after travelling all night, getting lost and dropping my dad of surgery, I was exhausted emotionally stressed, and they just welcomed me with open arms, hugged me and brought me into the lovely Margaret in the breakfast room who has a lovely motherly way about her, Brough me down a cup of tea and a big hug..Danellia took extra care of me and made me feel really special, thank you aisling for your lovely words of comfort and support..I felt at home, was so well taken care of..I can not recommend this hotel enough, from the exceptional staff, the facilities, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel..a big big thank you to Dave the local taxi man, who also went over and above his duty to help mme. A+++++++++++++++++++++++”
