“Kalithea means beautiful view in Greek and that is exactly what you get when staying at Kalithea studios, the room is clean and comfortable with a large fridge and excellent shower but the highlight is opening those blue balcony doors to the most spectacular view of the Alonissos coastline and neighbouring islands, it was majestic! (my photographs really don't do the views justice, you have to go there to fully experience opening those doors for yourself)
The owners Nicolas and his wife(unfortunately didn't get her name) were wonderful hosts, providing anything we needed for our stay at the last minute as our ferry back to skopelos had been cancelled.
Great swimming facilities and such a peaceful setting with only a short 5 minute walk from the port of Alonissos/restaurant area, would have loved to have stayed there longer than one night, highly recommend this place!”

“Wow! We had the most incredible 5 days at Seahorse Cottage. We had high hopes and were not disappointed! The beach setting is spectacular. I couldn’t stop staring at the changing view as the sun and moon rose and set, with the islands of Perisera and Evoia in the distance; mesmerising and beautiful! The swimming is great as the sea is crystal clear. The sun loungers are comfortable, the terrace is very private, shady and a wonderful place to relax. The cottage is traditional and very charming, it’s not high spec but it’s tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach towels, air con, toiletries and bath robes. We hired a car for a great price through the lovely Dinah at Alonnisos Travel who runs this property. I highly recommend staying at Seahorse Cottage. You will love it!”
