  • Hotel Solar de Monfalim Review score: 9

“The location of this perfect place is ideal. It is just away from the main streets but close to all the sites. I was not expecting such an historic villa. There are wonderfull pictures and furniture throughout and while not used much the bar and lounge are ideal for an after dinner port before retiring to your room.”

  • Moov Hotel Évora Review score: 8

“An affordable (for Evora) place to stay. Basic rooms are small but met our needs - comfortable bed, good shower, AC. Parking in the basement garage was extra but nice, however it is for small cars only. It's a "budget" hotel, so earplugs are recommended.”

  • Hotel Sol e Serra Review score: 9

“Reception clerk gave us a very nice room with balcony. It was a big room. The breakfast was decent.”

  • Dom Dinis Marvão Review score: 9

“The location and the view from the balcony are excellent, there is parking nearby, very close to the museum and the castle. The breakfast is good. The attitude of the staff is excellent”

  • “Very comfortable bed, parking, AC, good hot shower, amazing breakfast that even included champagne as a beverage choice. The pool was nice but a little small for the overall size of the place. There are historic elements (not restored) if you ask about them.”

  • Hotel Serafim Review score: 8

“I didn't see, or use much of the Hotel. However the room was well appointed and comfortable. The Owner was very nice and friendly. She, even recalculated the price of my room, after confirming it was for single occupancy. (Half the price I was expecting.”

  • Hotel Dom Vasco Review score: 10

“The hotel has very charming portugese decor. The staff was very friendly and gave us a room upgrade. the breakfast was very good as well. We highly recommend this hotel. We saw the best sunset from the room with the view of the lighthouse.”

  • “It was located within the wall of the old city. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was great having parking on site. We enjoyed being able to order food & drinks on the terrace . The staff were professional, friendly and responded to requests. We also appreciated the attention to small details such as being provided with a large bottle of water on each day of our stay and tissues being provided in the bathroom. The breakfast was good.”
