There was an initial mix up with our rooms, and although this was quickly rectified it was a little frustrating. We also thought our rooms smelled slightly of damp.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the location is brilliant for exploring Doha and for a quick trip to and from the airport. The facilities at the hotel were great - we particularly enjoyed the heated kids pool and having access to the beach. Breakfast was very good and had a range of options. Our dinner, room service, was very nice albeit expensive.

Not enough space around the pool - you have to be down before breakfast to get a sunbed/seat. The check-in and check-out was relatively slow and needs to be speeded up

No balcony to dry swimwear. Room lighting was very dim. Don’t know why but this seems to be the case with all hotels. 😩

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very nice. Only down side was there was no balcony to dry the swimwear. Pool was really nice & staff was exceptional. They went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I didn't like the bed we stayed in because the mattress was deformed, making it uncomfortable to sleep on

Sunbeds around the pool were not really comfortable. Hotel prices for food and drinks were very expensive as we were expecting? Air conditioning was loud in room.

The worst thing about this hotel - it is salon with ridiculous prices and poor service. Short hair cut and style cost me 1500 reals. It is not London Tony and Guy! Pool area not organized well with staying around all day. Not enough umbrellas and sun beds needed replacing. Not where to eat outside with umbrella, but boys were so good and attentive.

Housekeeping Mohamed Riyas was amazing! The best housekeeping ever, what we had in many hotels. Lily Purohit, guest relations manager/front office helped us a lot with many questions what we asked for. Also we did not like a room and we moved to another room, what was more comfortable and better for us. She is a really great manager

The mattress and pillow were soft and no one asked while checking-in what is our desirable requirements.

The pool is only up to 7pm and it is summer time, should to consider to open the pool at least till 9pm the same with the other hotel we went. , as the sun goes down by 6pm.

The prices within the hotel are extreme. We were able to eat at a local restaurant for a third of the price of dining in an on-site restaurant.

Very sophisticated hotel. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Pool was beautiful and breakfast was delicious.
