everything was amazing. lovely staff always ready to help you with anything. reception aswell as spa open 24/7. everything was clean, breakfasts were delicious. as for the price, it is definitely worth all the money! would recommend and can’t wait to come back :)

They gave us an upgrade when we had a mishap, which was such a nice gesture. The room had an amazing view and balcony. The hotel and room had all the latest electronic features. Best shower ever. And great breakfast.

Location is perhaps a little far out unless you're happy to taxi or drive into the main hub of Lisbon, but this wasn't an issue for us.

As usual, pretty much faultless stay - high quality and great value.

The moment we walked through the door the staff were so friendly. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they had put tasty chocolate strawberries in the room which was a nice suprise. Rooms were exceptional to say the least. Large and clean, comfy bed. Amazing shower. The whole hotel was lovely. Tasty breakfast. Good location, a 5/10min walk to the monestry.

It's not the hotel's fault specifically, but you could hear the planes quite intense in the area. I also understand that the issue of transparent doors in the shower and toilet can be an issue for many (they can't be darkened). For me it was not though. But personally, I missed a closet and a place to put my clothes and things. Small thing but the snacks were hard to get out of this tube-kind of packaging, however, looked cool:)

Small but cozy hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpfull staff! Very clean. Good breakfast. Well-equipped gym. Comfortable bed. Good location in terms of distance from the center.

The public areas would benefit from some quiet reading areas and a bookshelf of second hand books to borrow and read for the duration of your stay.

The rooms, lobby and restaurant were perfectly designed with a quality of attention to detail in a style of good wine and the comfort of books. All staff were fantastic, attentive to making our stay carefree and advising on what to eat, see and do in the local area. In particular Royal Treasure Museum and the Jerónimos Monastery are walking distance from hotel. Lisbon City centre restaurant and evening entertainment are a €5/10 Uber taxi ride away. We also arranged a day trip to Sintra Pena Palace with the helpful assistance and advice of Bruno at front desk reception.

Brand new hotel decorated with taste. Top notch staff. Friendly and professional. Good location, quiet even though close to Belem. It was nice to enjoy the spa facilities at the end of the day. Great views from the rooms facing the church as well as from the restaurant.

Lovely stay! Very cute boutique hotel in a more quiet area of Lisbon. The food was exceptional (I can’t believe the breakfast was included, it was so good!), the room was very posh and comfortable, and the staff were insanely helpful and friendly. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again.
